Was pretty good experience except the cashier with white hairs(maybe brown couldn't see it was at night) i asked him for water and i swear i wanted to record the reaction i got but thanks to him he finally brought some water. So in short the behaviour wasn't welcoming at all. We went there to change something and ended up coming without any solution.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone of my friends as their products would barely last over a year! Happened in two occasions, an electrical guitar first and then the amplifier! In each occasion the cost of repairs are over 50% of the item value.

Visited branch on SZR near FAB metro. Was served by ( Robert i think ) who knew all the products , helped me with my guitar choice with realistic advice. After all that he also lowered the action and set guitar up to my preferences all quickly and expertly . Fully recommend
