Change address on your website, cuz according currently matched address there is no any guitar store in there. I have had to go there by bus, but in the end just saw a londely building and there was nothing inside... Didn't expect to have such disappointment in the end.

This place seems to be closed. Or not open for walk-in customers. The dusty atmosphere around makes me wonder whether the merchandise is stored well.

Excellent place for guitar setup and repair, visited the place for string replacement and setup of my guitar. Really happy with the adjustment s done there. Ask for Gerald, he is really helpful and does a great job with setting up of guitar.

Bought my first guitar there. Then placed a special order for a AED 4,000 guitard mid-july we are now and october 2nd I'm still waiting. The manager called Ivan is useless!!!! He never returns phone calls or answers emails. Ask for Gerald who is dedicated. Very disastified with the service

Took in my kitset built electric guitar, to have it fine-tuned. They put in some shielding around the electrics, replaced the strings, upgraded the tuners, adjusted the bridge and nut, etc... fantastic service and the guitar plays beautifully now. Really pleased with the service and knowledge of the staff. Nice guys, too.
