Very bad customer relations. They have no good solutions to control transactions. People suffering for license process and staying like refugees in front of the department. Always the system down, token stopping and gate clossing at morning time. Everything will be fine if the department have a good team work.

First of all, It’s been 3 days still system is down and because of that I have to pay fine as my grace period is over. Secondly due to pandemic our business was effected so badly as you can see our activity which was totally shut down for last 6 month. But unfortunately still We didn’t get any discount from the department of economy RAK. They should analyze on business activities and provide some discount Accordingly so that we can be back to our business.Now It’s difficult for us to survive.

The Ras Al Khaimah department of Economic development office is behind the Mamourah police station, there is enough shades parking space dedicated for the customers opposite side of the office. There is an ATM machine outside the building entrance. One of the busiest government center. The customer happiness officers are very cordial and helpful.

Not helpful one bit. The customer service agent is angry and annoyed when we ask any question. While most other emirates are providing reliefs during the covid-19 pandemic, the department is not willing to give any discounts or installments.

Customer service not good! The receptionist Emirati guys behavior with expat Very rudely, I’m waiting for my partner inside the ded office, This receptionist guy come and ask me what are you doing here! Even I’m a businessman I show them my partners card, trade license etc, than he told me go outside and waiting for..,that time outside temperature 50 degree! So that type of service quality! Dubai,Abu Dhabi , Fujairah much better than rak ded,
