I have known Zeta for years now. She is and always will be my life coach. I have had multiple coaching sessions with her and these sessions helped me understand more about myself. Through these sessions, I found my path in life. I found a sense of meaning and purpose in my life. Working with Zeta, I also realized, that we all need some kind of coaching intervention at every important stage in our life. I highly recommend that you work with Zeta, if you feel stuck in any aspect of your life. Just within a few months after my coaching sessions with her, I made some big changes in my life. I quit my job, started my own business, made it successful and now I am well on my way to launch my own academy. I could have done all of this years ago, but not until I decided to work with my coach, did I realize that its time to take the leap. I thank Zeta always and strongly recommend her.

I am a person who was skeptical about coaching. Always an A* student and over-achiever, I never understood why people needed help. I had overcome several challenges on my own and often succeeded so what could a coach possibly do? Well that changed in 2017 when I suddenly found myself at a crossroads and did not know where to turn. After coming across a post by Zeta on LinkedIn I decided to get in touch with her and give coaching a go as I really had nothing to lose at this point. What I learned is that coaching is not a magic pill. Coaching will not transform your life overnight. It takes a lot of hard work and a willingness to absorb the information your coach is giving you and put it into action. I had around 16 hours of coaching with Zeta which took me threw some massive life changes. At first I was resistant to the change but now I am fully embracing it. I am in a far better place than I was and am so grateful for Zeta for guiding me along the way, being patient in the moments I regressed and believing in me and encouraging me always. Zeta is more than a coach to me. She is a friend. She has gone beyond and above her role as a coach even offering me a free zoom session just because I needed to chat. I am still in touch with Zeta and no doubt I will need her advice again one day. I see her as a life long coach and friend and highly recommend her to anyone who is lost or struggling to find their own path.

I was coached by Zeta in Dubai (pre-covid and during covid) through a major career (and life) transition, at a time when major doubts and fears were overriding my thoughts and actions. Throughout our sessions, Zeta was able to keep me firmly grounded in who I am, where I am going, and why. Deploying just the right - simple & effective - tools for me to challenge and dismantle my negative thought processes, but also learn about myself in the process. Zeta was brilliant at holding the space for me - whether it was over zoom or in-person - to explore the parts of me that mattered the most, the ones that I did not dare or knew how to explore on my own. What I also loved is that the value of her coaching her efforts never stopped at the closing of our sessions.
