I really wish I could be one of those 5 star clients!! Trying to get a claim through is like pulling teeth. The customer service agents are helpful, but the email address and claims process is dire!! Go to Oman insurance, literally the best insurer I ever had.

not recommend insurance at all . you will waste ur money and time. you will not get what you paid for. they will do their best to reject ur claims and they will not approve anything. even for basic things. if ur medicine for 2 weeks they will accept for one week only ( many times they will reject at all)

My friend has severe pain and has been waiting for their approval of gal bladder surgery.they are delaying it for one or other reason. Everyday they say new thing.. waste of money and waste of time..highly disappointed

This the worse medical experience I ever had I hope there was less than 1 star to rate them spent more 6 hours waiting for approval on 290 AED lab test if only I can turn the time back before I take that poor insurance
