To be very honest this was such disappointing place to visit. It was such a horrendous and insulting experience. We all are civilized resident of UAE and UAE is second home for expats. I visited this particular facility last week on 31st Dec with regards to renewal of family visa. It’s an obvious situation the administration and immigration process is bit to complicated to understand- government has made process easy but only thing lacks here the information which gets circulated around which creates loads of confusion for a layman to process and implement the same and addition to it call center facilities is available but no one respond or they just keep on transferring number of other department so in such situation we have no choice rather to visit the facility and get the clarity for same. In such crucial situation I visit all the way from jabal to UMQ immigration authority to understand and the first instance the local receptionist was utterly disrespectful to me , he was loud lousy and way to arrogant in his behavior and I didn’t understood why he was like but he had no right to behave with me like this all I asked was a question and he just ignore with being polite or subtle and I was surprise to my acknowledge to a lady he was il treating and moreover I was requesting he went ahead and called security to show me way out and I am like who does that we are educated civilized citizens and it’s our right to go to facility and inquiry about the things if we fail to understand. Nevertheless it’d important to highlight such kind of behavior and I know it won’t matter to anyone... for me awareness is important.

The reception don’t know to talk or explain properly it is my 1st experience in uae with so badly behavior they don’t want to listen and just shout without knowing anything.Insult very badly atlast I am trying him to explain he call security I am the person who never shout or make the voice up .i will never forget so bad experience.
More staff have to be able to speak in english, also most are unaware of any processes which means a lot of running around

The service is very good but reception was very bad attitude .i agree I am not local just want to ask the question but without listening the man insults very badly .he says only local are allowed to come in the immigration I requested him just listen to me at least I was insulted without reason but their are staff who help and explain me but the 1st responsibilities is reception please I request to help us not to shout and insults.
