Would suggest people to avoid this centre, none of your woŕk can by done here and customer service agents are just rude to guide you.

The staff have a very bad attitude, they are racist in treatment, the receptionist disregarded me cause I was wearing shorts, the moment I spoke the local dialect I got full attention. They don't guide you with whatever you are trying to do, I went there to times and just ended up wasting my time. I don't recommended this branch. Edit: I came back to follow up my application, the staff are high school graduates, very young and very rude, they are dissing each other in front me, not competent at all. They need a better reception coordination, its just random, no real que, people will pass you to get a ticket number before you. 0 star if I can rate it like that.

I went to this place 3 times and waisted hours from my life without a result, so I decided to use other centers. Most employees here won't respect the queue system especially on Saturdays, so avoid it on Saturdays.
