Very bad after sales relationship with their customer. I bought a JBL EON 615 and found defective after a month of light usage. I brought the unit for repair to SONIA ELECTRONICS LLC but ends up with no available replacement parts. They really dont care after the purchase. You need to call them everyday even just to recover the damage unit beyond repair. Normally, the dealer should have good connection with the supplier/manufacture in order to meet the satisfaction of the customers. Be careful guys!
