I did the test on 8\\February\\ 2020, and they told me it might take up to 3 months, called them back on June and they said it will be ready in July, called them many times in July and answered once, saying they at most it will be ready by August, now its 14/September/2020, and the results are not out yet and they don’t pick up their phone for the million time

Greetings This is frustrating...since July you guy's took 2000 AED, and no email or a phone call confirmation or updates, I can't reach to anyone I went to the clinic and it was closed...I am going to take legal action in 24hrs you better contact me...

Very very bad experience , at the beginning they told us your results well reach you in three months , now its been more then four months & we called them three weeks ago & they kept telling us we contact the lab & you should get the results next week & now its three weeks after & still no feed back

بكل اسف في فبراير الماضي وبالتحديد في 24 فبراير 2020 عملت فحص DNA ويفترض تصل النتيجة خلال ثلاث اشهر و الان مضى قرابة ال 6 اشهر ولا يوجد اي نتيجة او اتصال من قبلهم حاولت الاتصال عن طريق الارقام المدرجة ولكن لا احد يجيب ارحو ان يكونو عند ثقة الزبائن .. في انتظار ردهم مع جزيل الشكر

تجربة سيئة جداً تعاملت مع موظفة ولكن من دون ذكر اسماء المهم دفعت لتحليلDNA 111 ماركر وجلست اكثر من 6 شهور ماوصلت النتيجة يماطلون كل مره يقولون ارسلناها بالاخير اكتشفت مارسلوها اتصلت عليهم واخبرتهم اذا مارسلتوا راح اقدم شكوى وخافوا يعلم الله مو كذب هذا اللي صار معي
