I came at 9:10 pm to Thomsun Branch in Hamdan Street, near Al Salam Hospital today. I brought my defective Rode mic to test/check what's the defect all about. While I was approaching, two employees sitting by the reception said they are are closed. I was about to leave when another customer came in after me to buy/check an item. He was entertained and I was ignored at one side. I patiently waited til one of them approached me again. I asked him to try to plug in my faulty mic to the speaker behind me. to check whether it is the mic which is faulty, or maybe my speaker at home, and he said "no! it's difficult to switch on all the plugs again. It's already pass the time of work". Again, I asked him to check, in favor of my situtuatiin, I came to drive long distance from Khalifa City just to reach the shop. And he said "No" come tomorrow. I am so disappointed dissatisfied of the employee's inconsiderate bias approach. There could have been a better way to deal with this situation. I already have a faulty product from the shop and to add more the my dissatisfaction during the encounter. Customer service is poorly executed. I know shops have their timing and all, but another customer that time is being served while I was being refused by these to male staff. I have high regards to Thomsun products, but customer service like this would definitely affect customer satisfaction. I would probably not refer this shop to friends and coleagues if customer service is this poor. I just hope that the management will do something to improve their customer service, and employees will learn how to deal with customer to attain customers satisfaction, regardless of customer's status in life.

helpful staff. place is bit small but you will find more varieties of musical instruments. they will compare noon and Amarzon prices and will take the cheap price. the staff has good knowledge about products.

Lost my invoice due to overexcited kids when I brought home the newly bought keyboard. It was with free stand that didn't received at the same time. Promised at the end of July. August came and stand only available this week. Called the store but they insisted to bring the invoice. My wife and I explained that it was lost and for sure they have copy. My wife convinced them on the phone to issue the stand without our invoice so we went this evening only for them to ask again for the invoice. I told them they should look in their file for the copy. Staffs, one Indian and one Filipino, couldn't find the copy in their stapled copies of invoices and also in their computer. And they kept on telling me I should have brought the invoice. I asked them why is it so hard for them to look when its only last month that I bought the keyboard and they have my name and mobile number. And also asked why is it so hard for them to search in their computer file for our invoice. 2 guys looking and for 15 minutes they haven't found. Left the store frustrated because my wife would be late for work and another week was wasted waiting for that stand which is just a freebie. And by the way, I entered their store with 4 guys doing nothing. How could they not prepared to look for that invoice when they are expecting us to come without our invoice? Purely ineptness.

Drive 25k to come to the shop and get a microphone. Pay with cash and cashier says sorry dont have change. What to do . So didnt buy. Great service
