Me and my husband head here on Marriott Bonvoy points every couple of weeks. We find it very nice and relaxing. My only complaint is the decor, which is funky but a bit tacky for my taste. The room is too ‘loud’ in its interior design. But beds are very comfortable, the spa is amazing and the food is excellent

I am so disappointed, today i visited with my friend here to one of the restaurant, after lunch, we waited 1 whole hour to get our car. People who came after us left but we waited whole hour. It is such a bad service, Every time we ask the staff says 1minute. It is not at all acceptable to wait for 1 hour just to get our car. My friend even went to the parking area, but the car was not there. I did not expected this from them. So disappointed. They should be little responsible.
Modern, clean, cozy hotel, equipped with everything you need. Abundant choice for breakfast. Staff is friendly but not intrusive. Quality 5* hotel.
Had a fantastic time for the New Year Eve’s celebrations (which happened to be a few days after our anniversary!). The hotel staff, Jasmine and Lionel (hope I got the names right) made sure we had the best experience: despite I couldn’t get my Marriott suite night (upgrade to a Suite ... but they were fully booked), nor a late checkout, the staff added little details that made us super happy! When we entered the room, there were chocolates and balloons waiting for us; they also gave us an amazing chocolate layered cake with the wish of having a great anniversary; they helped us book a seat at SoBe to watch the sunset and, back in the room, given my Marriott status, we got white wine and chocolate-dipped strawberries. The room has a balcony and great view of Atlantis and Dubai skyline so we were able to enjoy literally all the fireworks happening in the key areas of Dubai from the comfort of our balcony.
It was one of my favorite stayed in Dubai . Hotel was great First I would like to thanks Mina for his support and great welcoming. Second thanks for Mustafa “valet crew” Team was amazing . Hotel Room excellent with great view to the pool and sea Hotel facilities also so nice with more than 12 pools and great seating area outside. Breakfast with alot of choices and nice area outside . Dining in the room was great specially the chicken meal Recommended
