Very disappointing service from these guys after using them for so long and the amount of money spent on them. I received copy pods for my Juul as they no longer had stock of my normal flavour. The pods leak, burn and simply don't actually work. Their response is that this is my problem and they will not replace them. I accepted an alternative so I should not expect anything less. The customer service gentleman simply replied this is not their problem they just sell the juices. This is such backward logic. Very sad considering how happy I was with their delivery service BUT after service is equally as important for your clients. GREATLY DISAPPOINTING!
