Terrible service. Flight attendant are absolutely terrible, the worst! Terrible food. When food gets served it takes at least an hour and half before anybody comes back to collect trash. Bathrooms are absolutely horrifying, very dirty.

The worst services... from customer service till the flights. Bought a ticket with all benefit ( seats, meal, baggage ) unfortunately when u wanna change the dates of your flight seats not transferring and non refundable, meal and baggage are limited times .... Horrible company, policy just looking how to steal money from you plus when u pay for ticket they ask to pay them currency only and when you pay you can see different between and deduction more... This is the last time I deal with this airline and I will suggest to everyone ... DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE...

The worst airlines services. I know from my own experience and would not recommend to anybody. The only thing that is relatively good is the price, then problems pile up. They did not solve my customer problem either.

This airline really sucks! We have submitted the cancellation of a flight almost 10 days prior to flight w/ legitimate reasons and official documents - the reservation team delayed the cancellation and refund until the flight date and now asking for extra docs at the last min
