If you want to buy a new car from toyota showroom, spare 2-3months (if it is not more than that) and some 7-8k for renting a car while waiting for your car to arrive. Also, be prepared that you are going to pay for each and everything: insurance (otherwise from them for 4-5k), you will have to buy service package (which is basically included in bill in other showrooms) and nothing is included in car bill. Everything should be paid extra. I was never disappointed this much with any brand. If i had option to give dislike instead of stars, i would be happy to do so! In december, I have decided to get a car from toyota and was advised that the color which i want, will take 2 months. Then i asked, which color will be available sooner? I have decided to go for a color which i was not happy even just to get as soon as possible. And guess what? Most affordable color is still not delivered. It has been more than a month since i paid deposit and had hoped to get a car in the end of January at least. Today i got updated that car might be (still no delivery date) in the end of February. Got in touch with an email they have provided to contact. And all what i hear is “sorry, sorry” which doesn’t improve any situation. As a compliment for me waiting, they had offered to apply rustproof!! SUCH A NONSENSE which i find it quite useless. I have been spending for transportation more and more. it will reach to the price of another car i guess. Such a disappointment, do not plan to buy toyota, or go for alternatives, or used car even!! I guess covid hit only their delivery, why other brands are bringing car sooner but need to wait expensive toyota to be delivered for 2-3 months?! Why nothing is included in the bill while everywhere there is something included like insurance, registration, tinting anything anything tangible???

Nice big showroom. Customer service can be improved. Waited for sale rep for half an hour.
Aside from the receptionist, which kindly greet me and asked to have a seat while she would get someone to be with me, the rest was just waiting and leaving since NO ONE would bother to take me in as a client. Definitely not buying a brand that cannot receive and sell. I can't even imagine how after sales would be like.
I had plan to buy toyota but the sales team made its best to make me think why I came to buy toyota asked all the questions and eventually when I asked what to you guys have to offer it was a big flat zero nothing we dont have any offer.and they have the audacity to ask me what I am billing on my credit card on monthly basis.trulry disappointing.
