Very average ice cream but good service
One of the best places to hAve dessert. Must definitely comeback. Lovely place with lovely people. I've met one of the crew, if i have not mistaken her name is Jane, she was so lovely and very accommodating. Not only Jane but the whole team. Keep it up everyone,
Very nice place and we would like to compliment with 5 stars the attendant Ishwor who was so nice to us and recommended the best flavours of sorbet, although all flavours are awesome.
I've been in this place and all I can say is they are totally AMAZING! Good taste and good service. I met Chandy, he has a good service, from the way he serve his costumer til they leave, he is so committed in his work! Good job! I will be back! I am going to tell this also to my friends! By the way, thanks to Chandy! I hope you'll going to read this.
I had a very nice ice cream their a couple of times They have tasty flavours, have a couple of scopes and go watch the dancing fountain That's what I like to do when I am their alone
My wife found a hair in her ice cream and after showing it to the staff, they said it must have fallen from the outside despite that she found it after eating half of it. They offered to replace it but was meaningless as she has already lost her appetite.
The worst service I have ever experienced in my life was at THE WORKS in Dubai Mall. All what i asked it was to put my ice cream in a take away cup, but the lady who assisted me answered back with a very cold "no take away".I asked her (politely) to put it in a plastic cup (for milkshakes,which i saw beside her were plenty), but without even looking at it she said "your ice cream won't fit in". I started to get irritated and asked "Why are you being so rude to me?".Without any reply, she "literally" threw my ice cream from a paper cup to the plastic one and told me the amount that i needed to pay. Of course after all of these I didn't want anything anymore. THE WORKS is the place where I will NEVER go and will NEVER recommend to anyone!!!
