The Toy Store Express

I visited the store in Mercato on Friday, 28th August, at 10:30 am. First impression the store has a good selections of Toys for all ages. I was the first customer in the store, i browsed for 10 minutes, steuggling with boxes of toys that I selected, no one greeted me, no one asked me if i need at least assistance to carry the boxes, so i would carry on browsing for more toys to buy. The employee, i will not mention her name here, didnt even bothered. The employee didnt show any basic fundamentals of customer service. When i reached the counter to pay, i raised my concern to her, and her response was "Ok". I was expecting atleast an apology, but didnt happen. I went to their neighbours "Early Learning Center", and their customer service was amazing, not to mention a very good sepection of toys.
