Honestly, I thought the theatre at MOE had closed. I used to go there frequently up to a couple of years ago, then... Nothing. I never heard of any events there until I saw a recent advert for the Almaty Symphony. The concert was great. As for the theatre, we'll it's Covid time so it's hard to say more than it seems to be managing the problem. If you're in the balcony you'll wish there was a lift. But seats are fine, the stage is unobstructed, and remembered how much I like this place. Get there early and park near to it - which is another of its advantages compared to, say, Dubai Opera, which is a nightmare unless you go by taxi. So, all in all, good.

I had attended a music show. It was great. Looking forward to more such events. I had booked first row balcony tickets on the left side, left facing the stage. And the railing on the wall was obstructing my view. I am 5.4 ft tall. Now I know to avoid booking the first row balcony. You should too, if you are my height or shorter. The staff was great, they accommodated me to other seats.

I was scared at 1st to Attend a concert due to covid. However the level of precautions that were taken were excellent. And the concert was amazing!
