We live a far too fast-paced life and too often, we forget that what fuels us, our food and its quality, affects everything else we do: our daily energy levels, our clear thinking, our moods, our sleep and in the long run, our longevity. Far too many die of heart disease, cancer, obesity caused by unhealthy foods and a harmful lifestyle. This makes me wonder… Is this lack of health and wellbeing education? Is it ignorance? Is it a corrupt values system constantly fueled by deceiving marketers? Whatever is behind this society blindness must be restored back to healthy living. We must relearn how to love our lives. This is the purpose of “the LITTLE big”, to add another brick to all those global efforts of going back to nature and natural, slowing down this race towards a premature and unfair end, bringing back those real life values that make us what we are, humans.
