Did my Open Water through the Dive Centre and they were fantastic - from their awesome, friendly staff (all of them!) to their attention to detail and priority on safety. Wouldn't think twice about recommending them - Had a great time and hope I get to come back one day!

Good overall experience. The dive center requires a more structured management that will work hard towards improving the CRM aspects and facilities. Clean and refurbished showers, some snacks and drinks. Dive shop with at least the essentials.

Had an awesome time completing my open water dive ticket, the team are very experienced, supportive and friendly which makes for a a fun environment which is conducive to learning. I would happily recommend The Dive Centre to friends and colleagues.

Amazingly rude and unprofessional staff. They brought me to A300 wreck and literally wasn't able to find the wreckage underwater though visibility was good and they actually had a map, so I just paid 450 AED for viewing sands and a piece of wing. After I tried to complain they were boorish enough to suggest to me to enroll with their underwater navigation course, me, not their instructor! Unbelievable!

TDC as a company couldn't have gone further to accomodate my tight timescales and needs. I got in touch with about 5 companies within Dubai/UAE and after around 20 emails, me stating my times I was available and what I was wanting to achieve - TDC sorted everything out. They really went above and beyond. I completed by training this week and am now certified. I did this with Hannah who was simply amazing. She was so patient, understanding and supportive, taking her time to deal with me when I was getting things wrong. She seemed to take a personal pride when I was successful at something. A really good, all round instructor. If I choose to do more training in the future, there's only one place I'll be coming back to.
