The place is well organized, clean and you can easily find cycling items you need. Though some items in the Cycle Hub are expensive, others are quite expensive, that is because their product quality is good and would definitely give you excellent performance. I love their cycling kit (cycling jerseys and bib shorts). I am a first time cyclist (newbie) and I like the service I am getting from The Cycle Hub. The staff are friendly, very attentive and would recommend cycling items that are suitable for you. The Hub, also has mechanics who fix, clean and check bikes conditions before and after use. Moreover, they have bike rentals for those who want to rent only. I had an amazing experience and would definitely keep coming back whenever I need good items for my bicycle. I, myself has already started for a road cycling. In fact, recently I have already bought and received my own brand new Specialized bike. Indeed, I am a satisfied customer of The Cycle Hub and would definitely recommend to others.

If you want to buy a bike for your kids, wife or yourself, then The Cycle Hub is the perfect place. They have nice selections of bikes (Specialized brand). The staff is friendly and attentive.

Cycle Hub takes customer service to the next level. I booked a basic fitting session. The shop assembled my bike free of cost which is usually an extra charge in most other bike shops. Kostya one of the bike experts in the shop took care of my fitting session. Perhaps one of the most passionate people I've met. He checked everything that could impact comfort and race performance. Which was beyond the basic service that I paid for. Then helped me find a trainer and walked me through how to set it up. Once home I had trouble remembering how to do it. So he jumped on a call with me and stayed until I managed to properly set it up. Overall, best prices and best customer service. Highly recommend it.

The Cycle Hub is THE place to get your cycling journey off to a great start! They sell quality products at prices that reflect their value. But it is the service and the, depth of knowledge and the courtesy of the staff that sets them apart. We had our bike fitting today. It was a great experience and will certainly help with improved comfort and performance. Martin is knowledgeable, courteous, and a true professional. If you are lucky enough to be served by Andrii, you are sure to get an expert who is passionate about his work, attentive, genuine and above all, just a great guy.

I asked for offers from two separate bike rentals in Dubai. Antonina from the The Cycle Hub was quick to respond and clear up all questions. Rented a Tarmac SL6 for a week and had great riding experience with the local crews. Almir helped connecting with the local team rides and also got my wife to try out the electric Turbo Creo SL, which as a novice rider, she absolutely loved. Great service, a friendly team and a nice cafe on site to refuel post rides.

What a great atmosphere here. Staff are very supportive of new cyclists and incredibly helpful. I needed some new pedals taken off and put on, the workshop team would not take any money for the service, what a lovely vibe! Great place to purchase bikes or equipment down to the very helpful staff they have.

My experience has been always good with this place the staff is so friendly and attentive specially the manager Mr. Simon always around to advise on bikes, related questions or any other merchandise related queries too. I have recommended this place to so many of my friends. Also the best thing about this place is they have such an amazing bistro under the same roof.

An amazing place for all the bike lovers.. more than the place it’s the people that wants you go back.. and Simon is the reason I keep going back to this place.. Very knowledgeable person and always happy to assist you with any bike related query.. glad I bought my first bike from THE CYCLE HUB as they helped me make a right choice as a newbie.. highly recommended!
