Best community store for your daily needs
Worst ever Customer service experience from a supermarket after living in Dubai for more than 5 years.Today evening,Ordered a gallon of water since our current gallon was about to finish ,one delivery boy came and delivered the water and after half an hour this guy is sent back by his manager to take the water back .We told we will give water can as soon as it’s finishes and kid is there at home so if water gets over late night ,requested not to take back .This arrogant delivery boy argued and took away this bottle back without any humanitarian consideration.I went to speak with the manager at store and he was very Arrogant and rude .This sort of customer service to the customer ruins the business over time if you keep these sort of managers at work .Disappointed with this lack of humanitarian consideration even to drinking water
