I was just scrolling along google and stumbled across the rainbow sliders, out of curiosity I really have to try it... and it was actually great, one of the best slider I tasted so far. Seems fancy but it really is delish. But my favorite one is the mac and cheese pops...I would definitely go back to try other dishes nextime. Not to forget the GORGEOUS looking staff... all in all, a very impeccable resto...

I was so exited when Sugar factory opened in Alain. It is spacious, neat, clean, and has some well decorated corners. The overall ambiance of the place conveys a rich vibe. I liked their candy corner as well. We ordered two main courses and three appetizers. These were Chicken Mushroom Risotto (with white sauce), Fried Chicken Waffle, Bao Wow, Firecracker Shrimps, and Mac & Cheese Pops. Among these, the Risotto and the Shrimps were the dishes that won us over and they were the dishes that will make us go back here for more. The Risotto was creamy and dreamy, perfectly paired with two types of mushrooms, chicken, and sun dried tomatoes. The Firecracker Shrimps were also good as well as the Mac & Cheese pops. Both the Fried Chicken Waffle and the Bao Wow were a disaster. The fried chicken waffle was literally tasteless. We were not able to pick any taste out of it except for the sweetness of the “special” sauce served with it. As for the Bao Wow, I guess the innovation lies in the bread itself, which was super greasy. The “stuff” that was inside tasted like, and I’m not exaggerating here, the chicken and beef burgers we order from the cafeterias scattered in Alain city when it is the end of the month and we don’t have enough money to spend on a fancy meal in a nice place. I did expect more, taste wise, especially since the food is pricey.
Last night I had the opportunity to visit this incredible restaurant in my stay in Al Ain, it is an extremely pleasant place, the dishes in particular one that orders is the “Taco Mexicana” was a great discovery, the flavors harmonize in an amazing way in every bite, dish that I recommend to ask you when you visit this place, it should be mentioned that the I would especially like to thank manager David who was always aware that the service and dishes were of unmatched quality. I hope to come back soon and have the joy that the manager is still here with you, because thanks to him the service was something that was very recorded in my memory on this visit. I would like to congratulate all the staff for making me feel not only a customer, but an important person to all of them, it is incredible to find places that not only offer food but create experiences, I hope that they will continue with this delivery and excellent quality.
Friday we visited Sugar Factory in Jimi mall, the staff where very welcoming to us when we arrived. Overall experience very different to other restaurant in Al ain, lasting impression as the staff are so warm and friendly with the British manager very attentive to all guests.
I’ve visited Sugar Factory Al Jimi mall,the staff is super welcoming and friendly ,the food is so tasty and,I kindly recommend to try Chicken mushroom risotto and Rainbow sliders,also they have a lot of desserts ,sweets and their signature Goblets. Super nice atmosphere.
The place is clean and very nice , staffs are very accomodating especially romuel , foods are excellent, all in all exceeded my expectation . Thanks and keep it up . God bless!
Portions are huuuuuge, food is amazing and coffee is one of the best I've had in Al Ain. Highly recommend.
