Standard Pools is one of the worst companies I have dealt with in Dubai. My pool heater/chiller unit was purchased by them on my behalf from a third party company. Now that company refuses to honour the warranty because of a dispute with Standard Pools. Despite dozens of emails and phone calls Standard Pools has failed to resolve this issue, refuses to deal with me directly and I cannot get my unit fixed even though this dispute has nothing to do with me! I suspect they only have 4 stars as most of their reviews come from company employees. I strongly advise you not to use this company.
