Never bother to pick-up the call. A national carrier at this level of service is completely unacceptable. don't call from mobile you waste you money and time

People are knowledgeable and kind. Better to be polite to those who cannot speake English (I have seen some of our Sri Lankans struggle while talking and Airline representative even not change the language).. lastly , as the National official Airline of the country they should think about flight rates during the pandemic period. Thanks.
