Been coming to this shop often in the past but lately had a really bad experience with the integrity of the staff. Their boss was kind and tried to help but none of the problems I faced would have happened if the staff were more mindful and organized.

The showroom assistants (two philippine guys) are the most passive aggressive beside almost greeting me when i entered, I requested a specific tube size it was written on a paper that i handed to one of them. They gave me of course the wrong number so i had to refund it after 5 minutes form buying it, they didn't have cash (43 AED one) and the failed to cancel the transaction so they asked me to come back the next day for a refund because the assistant doesn't know how to use the machine. I wont recommend it as it is pricey place you can go the one next door it is cheaper nicer and the staff are polite.
