Very bad Customer service, no respect towards customers,,, Sumon handling the conversation is very rude

Worst service ever. It had been recommended by one of my friend. I had clearly asked the customer service to remove existing gel before apply the fresh one. Ms. Ayesha tried explaining that existing gel may have 10-15% power left so its better to leave it that way. I informed her that, I do not want it that way. But when people came to my house they were completely unaware on top of they say they are not cleaners. That's totally disgusting. Do not use their services ever.!!!

Very unprofessional service!! My apartment was having only tiny flies.. I called them they did the spray and later in evening i found less but number of flies.. the lady name Aesha, said, please wait for 15 days.. I waited but all went into vain. After coming back from vacation, I again called and she sent again but exactly same happened not affected at all, same flies. When I called back... very unprofessional behaved and reply that it is your problem.

It's the first time I did pest control, and was really happy with the service. The team arrived on time (!), did the work in about an hour as promised and explained the next steps after the work was completed. 4 months later no return of ants so far! They also accommodated my special request for roaches in the garden on a separate occasion. I also had SMG team to assist me with cleaning the house. Again, the team (2 gentlemen) arrived on time and within agreed 3 hours of work did a great job, while accomplishing more than I expected. Work was thorough and the team was courteous. Last but not least, Ms Czarina who was coordinating with me for the service, was ever helpful and nice - I had a really pleasant experience dealing with SMG and recommend their services to anyone in need. Well done, team!

I did pest control its been like 2 weeks now but still there is lot of cockroaches in my house last time same company did it ....everything was good so we called them again... this time but its not done properly still cockroaches are there ......
