Bought a jacket 3 years ago. used only 4-5 times.was kept in wardrobe. faux leather strip started pealing off.Very Bad Quality.Due to this small portion of bad quality Faux leather strip i will have to throw this beautiful jacket.So frustrated :(

very bad customer service. Before I even enter the shop, one staff just shout at me: Sanitizier... with NO MANNER,NO SMILE, NO WELCOME. And when I passing him, he roll up his eyes and leave, I'm pretty shock until now. Considering there are literally 2 customers at the shop in the morning, I think he is really not in the mood to work.I don't think I will come to Zara Sahara Center branch again. SO disappointed.

Very very very bad customer service. I went to pay and the women clearly made me wait because she had a message to send on WhatsApp. She didn’t even care or told me « hello » she was just super rude. I’ve never seen that. Fortunately a guy with a toi on the arm Cale to help her and he was super polite.
Bad customer service! The staff have a rude discourteous behaviour, when you ask them for a size or particular items. They look at you like you are bothering them. They have no manners at all. I prefer to buy online than going in this store and feel unwelcome. Even the manager which I asked her if she could remove a tag in order to try a belt on me. She was acting like this was a very painful task for her. You want to sell or not ? Do you think by treating your customer this way you will sell ? I know what I am talking about, I worked for inditex and I know their standards.
