My family and I were moving to Dubai. We needed a large amount of furniture and household to be moved over. I had trouble finding a company that would take the variety and amount of items we had, until I found Ruby Cargo. They didn’t hesitate to accept our items and everything, right down to the box of picture frames, made it just fine! Their door to door delivery services made my trip much more enjoyable!

More than 400 families lost their cargo due to fire in the Dubai Warehouse on July 06th 2020. Ruby cargo tried to hide the fire issue via media. Ruby didn’t inform me anything about the issue. After one week I came know from my brother that warehouse was under fire. One July 14th 2020 I received a mail after few calls to ruby cargo. I purchased materials from different parts of UAE, packed the things in ruby cargo cartons and given the money for shipping to Kerala. I have lost my valuable belongings around 58000Aed. But Ruby Cargo was very irresponsible regarding the shipping and their dealings with customer. Ruby cargo is not the old Ruby.

Extremely bad service...After losing all our stuff in a fire at their warehouse in July they are not even answering our calls or updating us regarding the claim.. Very sad and unhappy with Ruby Cargo... Never ever trust these guys...

Never ever entrust your invaluable personal effects to Ruby Cargo. Around 400 customers including me lost cargo worth more than AED 5 Million in a major fire that consumed Ruby Cargo's warehouse in Umm Ramool, Dubai on 26/07/2020. My own personal loss is above AED 100,000( INR Twenty Lakhs). That's the value of the cargo alone. The sentimental value attached to the goods is unquantifiable. Ruby Cargo has still not informed most of the customers about this major disaster.Ruby Cargo is in no mood to compensate the customers as partial settlement towards the unexplainable agony that the customers had to endure. The cargo was haphazardly and callously handled breaching our trust. This company must be brought to book for criminal negligence.

Filzu Kids Court

Most professional 'moving' service I've used so far. The team was very methodical in packing all the items. They used 'foam sheets' to protect furniture and appliances. All items were individually wrapped in packing material and put in cartons.
