Worst service. Came for a covid vaccine at 11.30am today. The Staff was courteous and told us there were 140 tokens given out and we would be served maximum by 1pm. It's better to stick around lest we lose the chance. We were called at around 2.45pm to the next floor and after 1 hr wait to another area where it took 1 hr for registration and again 40 mins for the questionnaire. Still awaiting for the vaccine shots since they have few staff. All the staff say is that please be seated, you will be called. Now it's 6 15pm and I am still awaiting my chance with 10 more ppl ahead of me. Worst service ever. Wouldn't bother to come back again
