One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in this country. It does not stop there. Al Futtaim is purposely running unethical procedures to force car owners to do services only at their dealership, by having an error pop up on the dashboard every 10,000kms (on purpose). When they are asked to remove it they tell the customer that they will not remove this error until you service your car at their dealership. Which is a first for me. I have owned a variety of vehicles like Mercedes Benz(s), Infiniti, and Nissan and I have never had any issues with such. Furthermore, the staff here threatened to remove my warranty because I have serviced my car outside and tells me they will not remove the error on my dashboard until I pay for a service.
