Excellent place to live. They have good facilties and the appartment is new. The space is sufficient and has good views as well. Clean building, no dirty smell etc... You may have cockroaches in the kitchen sometimes but they can be cleared by calling some pest control guys. I really recommend this place for living considering the rent and the nearby amenities like supermarket etc... Bad: They charge extra for the Gym and Pool facility.

These pic taken from 33rd floor of Yarmook Tower Tiger Bldg In 2016 I was staying here in this building with my family. Their are both positive and negative points of this place. Positive: Very good location if you want to travel by Dubai RTA transport. Building is exactly on Dubai- Sharjah border so F24 feeder bus which connect to stadium metro station. Rent is economical as compare to other real estate. No commission for renting property. Office is in same building so you can report for maintenance immediately. Now they have launch mobile app to report maintenance query. Most of the time maintenance staff is attentive. Negative: During peak hours lift is always busy. Due to school and office goers you have leave your home 10 mins before to catch the lift. Cockroaches issue is their. When i rent a room then I have paid deposit of AED 1500 but at the time of cancellation they return only AED 200 . Cargo lift not allowing to keep luggage in lobby so luggage have to locate from building parking and its very tedious job for Packers and Movers.

I will say some of the pros and cons, Pros 1. Best location in Sharjah and centre of location. 2. Bus stops are located very near. 3. Cheap and well maintained building. 4. Inside there is a grand express supermarket and has many of the groceries and items available. 5. 4 Lift available so no problem for wait. Cons 1. Occasion problem in electricity. 2. Lot of cockroaches there,so need to use cockroach control medicine. 3. The trash area smells horrible and they don't clean this place. Overall the cheap and best place in Sharjah.

They are good. however, their maintenance team is so pathetic. Negotiation is possible. Other than that rest everything is good. Especially Security wise it's very safe.

Very bad maintenance building always stinks , lots of cockroaches , electricity bill is very high, management is very rude with the Tenents even the security people too . There behave as if there doing a favour on us or giving an apartment for free . I totally wont recommend for living here at all for families. One star rating is also not worth at all to them . There hatred my feelings very badly.
