I really wish the employees could get some energy as I see all of them are lousy at work even though they resolved my issue taking their own sweet time. A pleasant interior ambience with ample space and good lighting really spread positive energy however the people sitting their literally gives a feeling of being in a government office in India. Lots of grumpy faces inside. If any of you reading this, please smile

Better please disconnect your telephone service if you are not going to answer the calls anymore. We pay for your service but you don’t really care about the customers.

disgusting customer Centre, no one is picking the phone very hard to cancel booking with air India express. no online cancellation working. no customer care reply mails. no customer care attending the call India or uae. why dont air India express stop airlines. Very very poor service. pathetic

People are going for ticket cancellations. There is no cancellation here for airIndia express. You only can modify the tickets until 31 Dec 2021 without any extra charges

Long quee in friday and only one staff. So much disappointing . For taking ticket waiting period for 1 and Half hours. Online ticket booking through web for Air India express is not working in UAE. When we ask these matter to the staff, they usually says it is possible lot of people are taking. But I don't know how. I tried to book form web and app also and also used different payment cards. But nothing works. It's all about money.
