Great service and a fantastic experience. Ordered a pair of lenses from them over the phone. I didn't even need to go there really. Got everything done over Whatsapp and phone. Once the lenses were ready they messaged me to collect it and it was done. Great service from Ronald. Thank you guys

What an amazing experience in the Dubai Mall Rivoli store. First of all, I’m very sensitive to the quality of customer experience. I had instantly an amazing contact with Aditya and Cecile. Very clever and helpful and kind all at the same time. Very quickly they were able to select the perfect options for my eye glasses. 2 days after I was able to collect my new frameslenses and they were perfect. Very good experience overall from A to Z.
