They offer home delivery but absolutely couldn’t understand the name of my building on the phone even though I’m only 3 mins away from them and they should know the area. And I don’t have any heavy accent FYI. Kept passing me over from one to another guy and all of them hardly understood any English at all. Couldn’t even place the order.
