Surprisingly, It was poor service and poor quality. I wasted my money on this photo shop. I never recommend this photo shop.

Staffs are very unprofessional. They will tell you to send the pictures thru email EVEN IF YOU DON’T have data and if you ask them if they have wifi they will tell you they don’t have but in fact they really have! Seriously? It’s not a loss if you let the customer connect for 5 mins.! That’s what customer service is. Will never go to this branch and will not recommend as well.
They are great also when it comes to editing. Coz my baby cant close her mouth this is actually for the visa purpose and the PRO requires a close mouth so they fin a way to close it by editing and it turned so nice and still cute as well.
Today at exactly 2pm i went to this branch for my son’s passport photo. We need to go upstairs for them to take photo of my son and u fortunately it’s quite high stairs and I’m carrying my baby who’s also very heavy. My baby’s hair need to be fixed as per the attendant in this shop so i need some water for me to fix my son’s hair. THIS IS THE WORST PART THAT MADE MY DAY SOOOOO BAD!!!! The lady on duty asked me to go down and get water to fix my sons hair but i told her I can’t leave my son he will cry and she answered me to bring my son down. IMAGINE? I need to go down that stairs to get the water and i asked her if she can’t do it for us but she insisted me to do it instead. WHERE IS THE GOOD SERVICE? Are these staff well trained!!??? And by the way there is no so much customer only me and the other couple. I hope the management will take action on this!!! Kabayan ka pa naman!!!!! Talagang pababain moko sa mejo kasikipan na stairs na haba pa bitbit anak ko. Grabeh!!! Buti nalang Lord you have comforted me to not do anything sa galit ko talaga. Plus yong isa na naaa baba di pa talaga ako sinagot agad na may gripo sila!!!! Worst branch of kodak ever!!!!!
