Wasted my time ! 4 days I was waiting for water , they promised delivery after 1 day , and in the end they decided make delivery on weekend day at 7 a.m ! Delivery guy speaking very bad English! Hard to understand! Do not recommend this company !

For me the delivery service is fast since day one. They come at your door every Saturday to replace the empty bottles. If they find no bottle, the guy rings the bell once to check if you need a bottle.

The abysmal reviews posted by everyone are absolutely spot on. Writing this review just as I hung up to cancel my delivery from today. As many have pointed out, very good to begin with initially but have been disastrous since a while now. They cited Covid-19 and the quarantine situation as reasons but their service levels have been poor since January. The delivery guy Habib was acting like the manager and forcing me to take 2 bottles a week (I have a small family and need only 1 bottles, as was the routine when I started). He was very rude and told me he's not going to come for just one bottle. Despite complaining to the management, no action was taken. I adjusted and was going as per his routine. It then came to a point that they were no longer delivering on the promised day and only after multiple calls, I would be informed by the driver that their bottles are over and they are done for the day and will come another time. Customer service seemed almost relieved that I'm cancelling. I'm definitely ok with paying more money so long as I don't have another stress in my life. Ridiculous attitude! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND STAY AWAY.

Poor delivery service. Have to call them to deliver. Delivery people missing for 2 weeks in a row. When calling the office to complain, they don't really care. All they say is we will collect our bottles. In other words, they just don't care for customers. Avoid at all cost or suffer with no delivery.

I wasted more money on calling them.i will never recommend this water bcus it will creat more headache...
