I have been Shopping with nesto since 8 years my recent experience was not good i bought sime.garments during pandemic 3 months back i wanted to change but but Manager Mr Said refused to change and he was like un educated cant even explain in english in arabic i was disapointed with him... any way being UAE govt employee i was thinking i will make complain but 3 days ago i visit again for charging cable there was problem with it and i met your new manager may be MR.Akram Wallah he is very polite the way he listen to me and explained about garments as well as about chaging cable i am very happy with his service he make me nesto customer again. i am submitting appreciation paper also in customer service Thank you for him

Products are a bit different from other Nesto shops, i think they depend on the area and the customer category at the location. It was very crowded I don't think I will go there again
