The best & leading hygiene water in UAE. the safety is at its heights. This is the manufacturing plant which is located in Technopark. The services offered here are fast and reliable. Their machinery and water is up to international standards. Every one here I saw with hair nets which is the standard of extreme safety. Parking facility is vast and good.. they provide wheel chair entrance also. Assembly point is located in the parking zone.

Extremely bad service. They can't deliver weekly bottle at all. It will be automatically cancelled and no further support. Even for extra bottle, they will not deliver to you. I strongly recommend not to chose Nestle Waters. The worst service ever in Dubai.

Here is the one-week followup story with Nestle water. I had called for a new connection to Nestle for extension of Office supply to the office accommodation. Initial talk has been done with the customer representative and I have been told that someone will call me. So I waited one day and no one called after that second day I did a followup and the answer was the same. Our manager will call and confirm the order. This continued for 6 days and on the 7th day I had called them around 6 times and the final answer was we cant give at the price of your office price. If they don't want to supply at the office price why they made to wait for 7 days? Great guys keep up this good work and you will have future :) Update: I'm happy to meet Mr. Noor (came to meet personally) and an update about the miscommunication had happened. Also happy to see some SOP's got developed after the above incident. Unfortunately, I had opted for the other supplier however we will have business again with you in the future. Thanks for your time and management really looked at my message and did a great job.

Very worst service, they don't care about customer. Call on landing phone. If you don't know extension your phone will be disconnected. Only big name very bad worst service. Even when we ask another to delivery boy, he said they only 1 number. If your brand is big in UAE then improve customer service.

I had issues with their delivery and purchase records(during COVID lockdown period) which took them month and half to rectify, I had to call several times over that period till it got rectified. On the other hand their water tastes good and seem of good quality and overall reliable company as they did rectify the system record error. Its only the speed of customer service to rectify errors and the number of calls i had to make that created my concern with them

Really not happy with the service of Nestle Water. #nestlewater . We pay you a premium market price to make sure what we get is also premium. Three of your delivery people who came to alghadeer today to deliver me bottles, none of them were wearing gloves. And you guys singing COVID19 standards . Pathietic. I guess i should opt for #Maidubai who are selling the water on lesser price but are strictly following standards.i will not use these bottles till the time they are sanitized by #Nestle. Further to this, i need to see the delivery staff's negative report and why they were not wearing gloves. Else i am going ahead with lodging a complaint at #dubaieconomicdepartment and #consumerrights.
