employees are very indifferent, disrespectful and very rude. When we entered the store, they were gathered in the middle, talking loudly with each other and laughing. They continued with a very loud voice and regardless of the customer being inside. When I ask a question they try to get rid of me. They don't want to answer. My friend could not stand and went out. When I asked for help, she saw me and continued to talk to the other employee, and she kept me waiting, and when I asked again, she answered I don't know. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I had to quit the things I wanted to buy and leave. They are very very rude.

They have good employees but their discounts are fake! in the picture you can see them offering a discount when you buy two items, but when one of our team tried tried in real, they said: Sorry as this item is not included !! I would say to this place management “revise your offers very well before you release it”..

Was extremely disappointed with assistance in Dubai mall branch yesterday. I had to literally beg Arabic lady there to assist me. Instead of showing me items she just kept pointing on them with finger “go there see” and then leave me so I have to call her again and again.. Items in shop are good but please talk to your staff and teach them how to do customer service

Entered the store to ask for a certain thing if in stock the girl who works was Egyptian she did not understand a freakin word I said although I only said two words then she took me to another worker which was Moroccan I believe that girl was acting rude no smile and tough in the way she talks hide girls who are nice e enough for customer a!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
