I've been using them twice and so far excellent customer service and very good job. Clothe a spotless, smell good and perfectly pressed. I highly recommend. Only strange thing is they don't display clearly their prices and don't even have a brochure with all their prices, you've got to ask them on WhatsApp but trust me the prices are very reasonable.

Getting my clothes washed from this place even when i have shifted from that area to a distant place as far as 35kms away because they know how to keep a customer satisfied with there great service in all departments. No matter how many clothes i give them the turnaround time is always remarkable. A must recommend for all
They took my saree for dry cleaning and spoilt it! It is not wearable anymore and has color stains ALL OVER IT! They are refusing to compensate for my loss and in fact misbehaved with us! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES EVER
They spoiled 20 of my shirts with severe stains after giving those just for pressing & didn't even accept that it's their fault. They tried to allege me that It was a my fault by keeping the shirts in some unsafe location with a water seepage in my home. Finally, they just returned all my shirts by citing that \these are unremovable stains\. However, when I washed those shirts by hand with ordinary soap, those stains went off by proving that, they even didn't bother trying to clean those shirt which clearly indicated their ignorance about customer care. They will have nice smiles, nice deliveries with greetings until you get such a trouble. But when such incident happens, all those fake smiles & greetings turn into a defensive & ot my fault\ position. So, beware if you intend to take their laundry services.

This is the worst place I have ever saw in my life. Stupid people inside and stupid owner Amin. Lying guy who doesn’t care about customers. This place needs to be closed and burned to the ground. They destroyed the blanket of 1000 aed value. Stupid is a small word. Close this place!!!
Missing Item. Very unprofessional response received when lost item reported. Really rude guy answering the phone. Absolutely no speaking etiquette..
