I went yesterday at 1 pm for a coolant hose replacement then the foreman named Noman told me to come at 4:30 pm as the technicians were on break. I went back exactly at 5 pm and showed myself to get the car repaired, they said leave the car for an hour to cool down as mechanics won’t be able to fix while it’s hot, I said fine. At 6:30pm nobody was even checking on the car then I went to the same foreman then he said the car needs time and they need it till the second day or I take the car and come next day early morning which I did. I came back at 9:45am and the same story wait till the car cools down. I waited till 11:30am with no action at all!!!! I went back to Noman to check on the car he was sitting in the office he told me call any free technician to check the car I SHOULD CALL !!!?? I went to the garage main floor looking for help from any superior which was the disaster. The owner said take your car we don’t want to fix it. That simple then I got mad at him as they wasted whole two days for nothing then he became rude and disrespectful even all other workers had the same attitude I don’t know why or how these people exists ??!! Very rude and impolite I’m filling an official complaint for them and I wanted to share my experience with them to avoid such ***holes You will find their photos in my review and that rude owner even didn’t stop talking on the phone to listen to my complaint

Theif place. I take my audi a6 he is asking for 5000 aed then i went to AGM in Umm ramool Those guys charge me 400 dirhams for the whole car... Waste of money and time at Modena. Very Rude guys

DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE, Took my car there to fix a simple headlight issue, they failed me to fix it, i took the car there AGAIN to finish the job, visited the place after 5 days to find out they parked my car in the water (rain in sharjah) all 5 days and didnt even care to call me to take it, once i ask them why? The reply was bring a recovery car and take your car!!!!! I had to go deep in the water to take my car to find out its filled with water, long story short worst service from the worst garage. They dont know how to respect the customer!!!!
