One of finest Sales Persons I have met Mr.Eslam who was sincere and kind in a detailed explanation of the New car MG RX8 which I had gone to review for my purchase. Whats more important was the after sales service and something that I have seen in this person. Thanks once again for your service and wish you have many more sales and prosperity.
their is no option to submit the post without selecting the start so i am selecting 1 star but it must be 0 start. poor sales staff with NO knowledge of product and what they are selling, poor before sales service so we can imagine that how poor will be the after sale service. when i visited 1st time One sales guy told us 5 year service free & 6 years manufacturer warranty. so we proceed with this, after paying 1000AED as booking fee we come to know that their is no 5 years service package, when we call them and told about that guy they told us he is not the responsible guy for MG, then why the hell he is attending customer and giving wrong information to the customer. this is cheating from MG part, MG you must look into this and select staff with knowledge, or else you will loose your business in UAE
It's a good brand to invest in. I personally own an RX5 standard and it really nice and comfy ride. Everyone that rode with me first thing they thought is that it was an German brand.
Worst automobiles showroom I've ever been to. They are the best at being bad.
Unprofessional carless staff, the only agent was on a long phone call while I was checking the cars on my own..she looked annoyed when I asked her for help.
