I had undergone a covid test at near by QASR AL-HASN which was undertaken by mena labs on 11th March 2021, Today is 14th March and till now I have got my results by message but its not been updated in Alhosn app ️

Undergone covid test done by MENALABS from Hamdan area on 13th March . Got test results 15th March early morning . But not updated to alhosn app . There was an option to report results in alhosn . Used it . Got a message that it will be updated once the testing agency updates details . After reading the reviews here it’s clear that it is never going to get updated. And my alhosn is crashed because of them . Don’t know what to do .

I had undergone a covid test twice near to my building which was undertaken by menalabs last 6th March 2021 and 13th March 2021. After 2 day, I only received both results only through SMS and my Alhosn App is not updated and I tried to call the your number but no one is answering. Kindly update the Alhosn App that is more important than SMS. Thanks.

I had undergone a covid test which was undertaken on 5 March 2021, Today. I received only text msg but I need this to get update in my Al Hosanapp. Al Hosaan app is valid in lot of govt office to enter. So pls update it al hossan app

Worst service . No one even picks up the call . Also their result never got updated in Al Hosn app . I had done 2 Covid test and their result is never updated in the Al Housn app . Also the sad part is Al Hosn app Call center also do not respond to our calls

THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Nobody answers any phone calls, I had been trying to contact them regarding PCR test results and no one answered the phone all day, which forced me to visit in person to get any answers. No sense of responsibility to service for customers after the test is done and they have taken your money.

If you really doing PCR for alhosen status... please don't do it here... It's a fraud company.. kindly check before you are giving sample.
