After an initial issue of not getting any response from the salesperson about a warranty issue, Maxwell support team responded to my email last night by sending techinicians first thing this morning to fix the issue perfectly.

Terrible customer service. Was a big mistake to fo with them. They took 90% of the payment and they said the door will take a week. It has been three weeks and nothing. They got used parts to install and I paid for new. if I didn't see them they would have used them .
