Top Quality, Flop Service Mixed feeling as products are high end quality but service and customer experience are not the best. As a recurrent client I noticed a deteriorating level of service and unfortunately since the last few orders either items has been forgotten to be delivered (had to chase to get them) or almost all cheese are not the proper weight as displayed. One item was even more than 20% less! Received Feedback is poor and not really client centric. Lastly, the only shop charging delivery to AD - even if you spend more than 1’500AED per order! Started to explore alternatives.

I have been using Les Gastronomes for a while and have been very happy. Quality and service has always been good. But this time I ordered Wagyu 5 Tenderloin 1kg. It is listed that there may be a \\- 10% When it arrived it was listed as 915g but looked and felt light so I weighed it. It came in at 734g. I sent photo and message to LG explaining that it must have been a mistake. They called me back saying my weight must be wrong. I had naturally checked it using 1 liter of milk and a new 2 kg bag of flour and it was on point. To just dismiss a loyal customer by saying my weight is off without looking further into it or offering compensation is unacceptable. Please consider before using this vendor!

This review is very important since this is the only way to get the noticed by the business holders who are kept in the dark about the business and how few individuals are ruining the experience for the customers. First let me start with how poorly the website is done. And it offers no accessibility for the visually challenged people. 2. The web vitals are extremely poor and it takes forever to load on mobile. 3. The drop down menu is sluggish 4. The link building is not done correctly 5. It does not have local arabic language support which is disappointing. 6. The Best selling products are out of stock. How embarrassing!?

Ordered tenderloin of 951g and the tenderloin arrived weighing 734g. They still made us pay for the 951g when it clearly weighed 734g. We tested the scale - in the event the scale was off- will full milk and flour. The weight was exact. If you order anything based on weight for this company, be sure you have a scale to weigh the actual weight. We won’t be recommending to anyone and now telling any friends who we did recommend to to stop using.

Stephanie (I believe!) was super quick in responding to messages on WhatsApp, helpful in providing guidance on which cheese to order and super friendly.
