I just called the nursery and asking the details about the operations of the nursery so that to find the best option for my daughter as well as to suit my working hours and and i ended up treated very rude!!!!!! The lady, which i hoped to know her name, answered the phone and thought that i was a mystery shopper or something and trying to get information? Aren't parents asking all these informations? I would highly recommend their management to verify quite well the ones answering the phone and dealing with parents because it is related to the education provided to our kids!! if she is dealing with me like this, what should i expect with my child!.
