Very unprofessional and horrible service. I would run away. Really, forget these guys. Lying salesman sold me a machine I never asked for. Machine was sooooo dirty when they installed it. This business has no respect

We purchased a JUKI sewing machine for our office from one of their distributors based in Sharjah. We had a horrible service experience from the distributor and when we escalated the complaint to the Juki Middle East, the response and approach of dealing was highly unprofessional. As an ultimate consumer, the experience was worst.
