POOR Communication. They overcharge and try to get away with it. I used their service in Akoya, The first time I got 5 shirts cleaned for 30dhs, second time got 3 shirts cleaned for the same price of 30dhs. The deliverer then tells me I got a special price last time but didnt tell me. And refused to charge the first price I paid. I will never be using them again.

Worst laundry service in Dubai! They ruined my husbands suit and when i complained about it, the manager never got back to me and stopped taking my calls!! Shame on you for treating people like that!

Destroyed my brand new Herve Leger bandage black dress which I had given for dry cleaning at Barsha City Centre. They flat ironed it!!! Imagine shiny streaks and patches made crisp with hot iron on a black dress! Do not trust or give your clothes to them unless you want them destroyed. Awful.
