Even they don't know how to talk with customer. Also u have to pay by cash only, while small grocery in Dubai u can pay by card. My god when my country will develop.

Unfortunately, no respect and nothing called customer first! their behavior is 0 according what we are experiencing and seeing other companies here in Dubai, but never mind if the government is weak in all things, sure you will see such bad examples!!

Very affordable airlines, needs younger hosts and hostesses. The current air hostesses are very rude and unhelpful, lack courtesy and common sense. Pilots are excellent, they do take offs and touch downs in the smoothest way possible.
