It’s very bad service from the customer service. I was visited Mazyad Mall and feel very bad service and they are thinking we are coming for the theft their items. Really not recommend brand.

I was quite surprised with the knowledge of the staffs working there. The female staff who was there to assist me was quite rude and has no idea about the items she was selling, She doesn’t know the sizes of the items and if it’s available or not. They’re working in a sports shop, they should know at least the basics of the items they are selling especially now that we have covid outbreak and we can’t try any stuffs.

Extremely poor customer service - just bumped onto a sales person (literally 10 mins before writing this review) who kept arguing for a product with a wrong price tag. I could her another customer shouting at the cash till for rude behaviour - There are better discount stores in Abu Dhabi
